After receiving my order with missing items it took almost 2 weeks to receive a response from them. However it was discovered that my emails had gone into their spam folder and after this I swiftly received the missing items. You can not contact anybody by telephone, the message says that everyone is working from home and to send an email. I feel that there should at least be somebody in the company able to take phone calls.
