I ordered an item which was dispatched to Royal Mail by building supplies direct , I was notified of dispatch and given information on delivery date etc. The item did not arrive after more than 28 days. I emailed company explaining situation. they immediately replied and apologised and said they would reimburse me . This they have done. So even though I did not get my item from Royal Mail I am satisfied with the prompt response from Building Supplies Direct.
