I ordered an SIP Tig Welding Torch and was sent the wrong model. Due to timescale restrictions I had to adapt the item to fit my welding machine. I'm not convinced it was even an SIP item just one similar. SIP torches come with a gas connector fitted and it did not say SIP on the torch. This had no connector either.
I did not ask for a refund or replacement as I had no choice but to get the welding done.
It was also poorly packaged in nothing but a padded envelope. Given this item cost £82 you'd expect it to be boxed.
