I wasn't sure about my order as i had requested a custom cut for some MDF backboard. The website is unclear about how it shows the custom cut. So i called up and spoke to a very helpful woman who explained that my order was good and the custom cut would be fine. So, i paid up (including the exorbitant delivery charge) and got confirmation of my order, followed by a confirmation that it was being processed and that i should expect delivery in the next 2-5 days. On the sixth day, i received an email explaining that my order could not be processed as the company do not deal with the size i had requested. I was already on a tight schedule and this was the last straw. Shoddy and innacurate service - best left well alone.
