It doesn't make sense why purchasing a quantity of 3 would result in a higher per item price than purchasing a quantity of 1. When I call customer service, the representative understands why it doesn't make sense but says there's nothing she can do about it. Additionally, she tells me for that size sign, shipping is free. After I hang up and go to check out, the minimum shipping fee is $19.99. I did not want to spend the time to go price shop at a different site and spend the time to design the sign all over again. However, never again will I order from this website.
