Took a lot of time to explain differences between products and was very informative, sadly, for her, because she was honest enough to tell me the truth, and explained their products could not really be of help, she lost business ! Had the product been suitable I would definitely have put my business there simply because she was so professional, well informed, friendly and genuine. Perhaps next time ??
