I had the exact same experience as what the other people here report. As one of the reviewers say, I was applied "hidden" insurance costs to which I have never consented making me flight more expensive than booking it directly with the airline company. I contacted immediately (minutes after I realised I was charged a price that is not correct) the customer service by email. There is no other way to contact them, the "live chat" is a bot and there is no direct line. They have been totally useless and since 3 days they says they can't do nothing but I haven't even received my electronic ticket. It's a pure SCAM! This company is operating in a way that is unethical and goes against any consumer rights and regulations. Worst experience ever! I will never ever use them again and please never buy from this platform, it ill be a huge waste of your time, money and energy!!!!
