I bought a vintage Rolls-Royce the keys for which had been lost in the dim and distant past. After a few false starts with local locksmiths I discovered Brights, sent them the locks which they duly dismantled and made keys for. I had them back in just over a week. A nice young man called Jamie did the work and kept me informed.
I shall be giving them more work!
