The product I recede would be 5 star packed and shipped very fast but I have to leave 2 star because all though I give them my full name postcode and address they persist to send my parcels to a pick up point Which I have to travel to to collect my item I pay for delivery and And I still have to go and collect my Items This has happened every time I have ordered productsSo why am I paying for delivery??
