The supplier sent me a radio cd player that on arrival did not work. I returned the unit via 1st class parcel post on Friday 21st July, arrival at the supplier Monday 23rd July. It's now Friday 28th July and I haven't had any communication from the supplier. I'm now out of pocket £180 for the broken unit plus £11 to return the unit plus the cd that jammed in the unit. After the unit being returned for almost 2 weeks the company has failed to refund me. On ringing them they deny receiving the item. I will be taking this matter further including military and civil action
