Very happy with the service that was provided to my wife when she recently had a flat tyre.
One suggestion is that you could quite cheaply produce a plastic label to stick on the car somewhere with your telephone number (and a space to write the membership number). We had problems with her trying to phone me, with poor signal, to get these in the middle of the night.
