Contacted them to ask if they could raise my weekly deposit limit from £50 to £100. After chasing, I was asked to upload my due diligence documents, which I did. Instead they have reduced it to £1 and I can't deposit anything at all. Customer Service is hopeless, saying that their Player Safety Team have tried phoning me, which is a blatant lie. Now in touch by email with Player Safety and they too are saying that they have tried phoning me. I've given my mobile and landline but had no missed calls on either, so they are lying. I suspect they are expecting me to give up as I won £800 plus from them recently. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my due diligence documents so I fail to see what their problem is, unless they don't like to keep customers that win - although £800 isn't huge in the scale of things.
