Ordered case online with custom dimensions. Received despatch note after a few days and order was received in expected timeframe. After assembly the case was found to not fit on the slotted locating holes on the base plate. Which means the clear case cant locate correctly on the base. A quick check prior to despatch would have found this error. It’s been near impossible to get in touch with someone at boxxco (not helped with the holiday weekend). Phonenumber on invoice and website doesn’t ring and emails don’t get answered. I’m now stuck with an awkward looking case due to be on display at a client meeting later this week.
