I want to start by saying although I’ve scored low, I do love this brand. The quality is good and the styles are great. But I have to say, if something goes wrong it is like pulling teeth with how long the wait is for it to be resolved. I’ve had to return two items due to a sizing issue and one for a damaged item, these things happen and it’s no problem, but having to wait nearly a month for it to be rectified just isn’t good enough.. I recently sent an item back, and at the same time I returned trainers to Nike, I have had my replacement already delivered by Nike yet I haven’t even had an email to say that BoxRaw have received my damaged item back to there warehouse. These were both returned at exactly the same time with exactly the same postage.. it’s such a shame that everything which is good about BoxRaw (and there is a lot) isn’t backed up with the standard of customer service you would expect when it is most needed.
