Item was wrong size, I exchanged back in good time before Christmas to receive back in good time with correct sizes. Order gets sent out again to myself and the 2 out of 5 items were missing. And 3 items were the same size as the first items I ordered. (Which were wrong, again)
After liaising with the customer service team via email (for a MONTH) this still has not been sorted. Ordered november 2020 and it’s nearly new years and no one can tell me where my items are and why I have been given the wrong sizes, again.
Received a message today that it’s still being “investigated” where my items are. But these items were ALL Christmas presents, which were not given.
I asked for compensation for all the trouble and still not being fully helped yet, and satisfied... and boxraw customer service could not do that.
Very disappointing as I am a first time, new customer and was impressed by the quality and reviews. But this was a terrible customer journey and I will not shop here again

After having left a bad 1* review, I can honestly say I should’ve done that from the start. Because I received my order nearly 2 months later and had to constantly contact boxraw myself and never got the sufficient help I needed. This was a Christmas gift, and I returned the incorrect sizes in good time to receive the items back before Christmas. I did receive it before Christmas, but I got given the same items in the wrong sizes back to me. And the packaging had two missing items (which they couldn’t track down) and this caused even bigger delays. I was extremely disappointed and kindly asked Boxraw for compensation for the items or money off for the inconvenience and I was given a big fat “no”. Was very disappointed as I was a first time customer and I done my part correctly to receive my items in time, but boxraw and the courier team clearly had a communication issue
After getting humiliated that boxraw didn’t want to offer compensation, I wrote my review and THEN they offered some money back. Funny how that works.
I am happy to revise my review because the quality of the clothing is incredible. If the quality wasn’t this great, I honestly wouldn’t have bothered. But I Was happy with the quality from the start and can’t get better than that. But unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant and it had to result in a bad review to get sorted within 2 months. (Ordered November 2020 - received Jan 2021) - so I have updated my review from 1* to 3*
