Bournes were great help throughout our move. As we neared exchange and completion, Bournes showed flexibility and did all they could to provide a service as the moving date kept changing. When we did move all the staff involved were helpful, professional and courteous. They were consistently helpful and understanding. If there was an area where the service could have been improved, it was with the boxes that were provided. We were not given enough small boxes for heavy items like books and CDs. We felt the overall number of boxes provided was an under estimate and more were delivered before we moved and during the move. To ensure the larger boxes did not get too heavy, we had to mix a wide range of items which slowed down packing, and subsequently, unpacking. Overall, though we were very pleased with the service we received and with all the staff who moved us.
