Placed an order on 4 Nov for 9 of No.7 capsules, only 1 was in a big parcel. I thought the other must be in the second parcel. Found out all sent in one and I’m missing 8. Wrote to boots, first they said will looking into and asked if I would like a refund or replacement. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund so I emailed again and going through the same thing like I have not reported the missing items. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from them, they are calling me a liar because they insisted all items were posted to me and I have received it. They told me to report to post office because they delivered the parcel to me and if items are missing it must be then and they have nothing to do with it. Terrible customer service because they are replying your from a template so your problem will not get resolved. In the end they said to me it’s my problem And they will not look into further and that was from a senior manager. She also said happy for me to happy to liaise with any third party companies i may wish to raise my complaint through as appropriate. Check out Facebook boots page……many upset customers because they all got scam like me
