The twitter blast and purported traffic resulted in no book sales at all. It could be that my book page is absolutely terrible. It could be that the traffic didn't happen. It could be that the vast number of twitter followers are book sellers not buyers. I can't say conclusively, but the fact is I got zero result from the experiment and have chalked the lost outlay up to experience... that twitter doesn't work for cold selling books.
