Total scam I returned goods and received an email confirming boohoo had received them and which items they were and that I’d receive a refund in 7days. Over two weeks later no refund so I send them a copy of their email and query it. I can’t call them as there’s no phone number to call customer services (alarm bells). They say I need to provide a list of what I returned and proof I sent it back even though they’ve confirmed they had already received my parcel and what was in it. Several emails later and they won’t even sort it out unless I find the receipt, the tracking number isn’t good enough and their own email saying they’ve received it isn’t good enough??? Very blunt, unhelpful, and downright antagonistic staff. Operating outside of their own terms and conditions and withholding money unlawfully. I will never buy from this bunch of con artists again. If you do I recommend you use PayPal incase you also get conned.
