I bought some items to be delivered to Göteborg, Sweden on 27 November 2022, but Boohoo sent my package to Örebro, Sweden, which is more than 4 hours of train ride from my delivery address. When I asked Boohoo, they kept saying they have delivered my item and don't see anything wrong with the location. I then asked DHL Freight (they handled the deliver) why my package was sent to the wrong location, they said that was the address Boohoo gave them; what does Göteborg have to do with Fjugesta, Örebro??? If only I had checked the online review before purchasing! Highly incompetent
