I ordered two items from Bonmarche and I was waiting for this two weeks. When I picked up my order from the shop I have been told that in case I would like to do return, the one of my two items has to be returned directly to the sender for which I need to pay, so the return postage cost me £5.00. You can pick you order up from the store for free but not necessary you have free returns. This was my first and last purchase online from Bonmarche.
