Ordered oil. The driver couldn't deliver as, so say, the entrance was to tight, the entrance is 2.85 metres well with in the 9 feet. I have had countless tankers, skips, Luton vans delivery to me.
I had to call and find this out myself, if I hadn't called/messaged I would still be waiting. In the meantime, oil ran out. So, no heating.
I rang Boiler Juice to be offered a refund out of which they deducted £11. As a service charge!!
