Quite appauling customer service. Had an order 10.12.22 due days before Xmas ,didnt arrive ( no communication re delay I chased ). Caused anxiety over Xmas. Arrived on 28.12.2022.
Have been told i will get a discount/part refund given they failed to meet the delivery date. 7 Emails & 11 Phonecalls, 3 requests to speak to a manger, no call back whatsoever. They put the F in being FOBBED off. Make your own judgement.Try your local supplier.
