Cannot fault their excellent customer service. I wanted some gudgeon pin circlips and although they did not have any in stock they said they would order me some from Japan with their next order. True to their word they did. It only came to a few pounds and a lot of retailers would probably not have bothered as not much profit in it but BOFI came through. It is only the second time ordering from them but from now on they are my first call for parts. Such nice friendly guys. 5 stars all round.
