Planning before the event was very thorough. On the day the team arrived promptly and the event started as planned. In the early stages some delegates were unclear of the activities and what was required of them. I think clearer instructions from the supporting BH team would help this in future events. After that the event ran very smoothly and it was great to see how it call came together. A final but important point - some of the later content was borderline inappropriate. As with any large business, we have very strict guidelines of how to treat one another with respect, dignity and indifference. It was a shame that BH overlooked this in the scripting of the final act. Perhaps time to review the script inline with modern corporate codes of practice? Other than that it was a very fun and enjoyable event.
