Was a little awkward having arrived alone, would have been good if some of the Bluehat Group Team were working to introduce people rather than talking amongst themselves. The activities were fun and stimulating, however they were great as ice breakers, but there wasn't much guidance on team dynamics and how they could be improved. Maybe this was because there was limited time so the team building aspects has been removed to save time and fit everything into the evening? I thought Toby was a great host, obviously very comfortable working with crowds. Having the GWR person on-site to declare the record there and then was also great and created a real buzz and excitement during the final part of the evening. All in all I thought it was very worthwhile attending and I enjoyed the evening. It was a good opportunity to get a glimpse into what Bluehat offer.
