If I could give ZERO stars on this Blue Finn board, and their costumer service, I would, but unfortunately one star is the minimum I can give, and it do not express accuratelly how frustrated and angry I´m with the Blue Finn paddle board I bought and their Costumer Service. I was very exited for the Cruise 10'8 that I got, Unfortunately in the first use I noticed 3 spots on where the board was leaking air (mini-many bubbles) from the side chick. Deflated, you can observe in it some folds around this area showing the upper most layer of the side delaminating from the deeper layers. It looks like the whole side is delaminating and likely to leak more very soon all around the board, and perhaps even having a blast/total failure. After contacting Costumer service several times, and talking with 3 diferent representatives I had to every time re explain my issue, sent prof of purchase and a bunch of other information. After 14 days the resolution was that I had to sent the board from the original place from where I bought it (Colorado) in order to consider the replacement and to sent a non-cost return label. I explained to customer service that I don´t live in Colorado and they asked me to paid out of pocket the return from Alaska with a cost of $150. Which it is unfair that I have to pay the return cost for a product that I received defective. Now, I´m in Mexico with a Paddle Board that´s delaminating and I cannot trust to do any more committed paddle, because I´m afraid that the whole product may collapse and compromise my safety. It´s so frustrating to have a Board that I cannot actually use properly as a paddle board and have no help from the manufacturer. Blue Finn is pushing me to throw their board (and the money I spent) in the trash and to have to buy another Board (from a different manufacturer obviously). I bought this board because I read some good reviews about that, and that´s what´s compelling me to write this through review and to have no one else been scammed like I was. I´ll make sure also to spread this word on social media, to have more people aware. Blue Finn is unwilling to help me, and I´m extremelly frustrated and do not recommend anyone else to buy their products and do not be exposed to the same poor customer service treatment.
