I just want to speak to an actual person.
Seat ordered over 2wks ago, e mail to say they'd struggled to deliver - no reason as I was in, and nothing from the courier so I suspect that they just didn't have the item in stock.
Finally answered by messenger today (ignored my last e mail), with nothing constructive except to say they'd sent me an e mail - no acknowledgement of my one in response or and satisfactory answer.
Unfortunately if I don't hear by the end of the day I'll be claiming a refund through my bank, which isn't great as goes against them.
