I heard that these can help overall muscle tenseness and as a supplement to workout routines. I use it on a lower setting for warmups and a higher setting afterward before stretching. The vibration plate is really user-friendly with the presets and also with the remote. Definitely recommend it as a supplement and for muscle pain relief post-workout.
