I purchased this machine to help with my frozen shoulder and remove tension across my shoulders brought on by stress at work. A combination of YouTube videos, a book on exercises for shoulder injuries and the Vibration Plate used daily for 3 weeks has removed all my pain, tension and the frozen shoulder is almost back to normal.
