I ordered three products at the end of January. I was delivered a vibration plate and a rowing machine within a couple of weeks. The deliveries came separately and there was a part missing from the vibration plate. The team responded relatively quickly and sent out the missing part.
The issue I have is; I've never received the treadmill that I ordered and their communication is shocking. I feel very mislead, being told that I'd receive contact from 'accounts' within 24 hours when I eventually requested a refund. Still no sign off treadmill (or refund for that matter). I scored 2 out of 5, because part of the order was ok, a score of 3 says 'acceptable' but I don feel that this sort of lack of service is acceptable hence the rating of 2.
I've now requested that my credit card company deal with clawing the money back as I get nowhere with Bluefin. Seems a few people have had issue when I scan through reviews and social media comments. Avoid.
