Terrible experience
wrong to send me the color, 4 packs of blue instead of turquoise, I send photos to document the error, they deny the evidence by saying that everything is right.
They do not remedy the problem by saying that the only thing they can do is reimburse me for the closed packages (I had opened it to check the color and they would not have refunded it to me) and the return costs would have been at my expense.
From such a site such incapacity and incorrectness to solve problems I would never have expected.
To never again!
