We haven't had our hand dryer installed yet, but I wanted to say thank you to Michelle for her assistance with replacing the dented cover, literally over night. Thank you also for the little gift of the 'light pen' a very nice touch. If the hand dryer is half as good as your customer service so far our customers will be delighted - we are replacing on old hand dryer they have nicknamed the asthmatic mouse!
