Ordered online and the process was simple with lots of beautiful flowers to chose from. The 1st order was delivered to the wrong address (error by royal mail). I contacted bloom & wild and they immediately sent a replacement with their DPD next day service. I was so pleased with the whole process and the customer service and flowers are both 10/10. Highly recommend and will be ordering again soon.
