I sent my mother flowers for her birthday from Sweden as I can’t be there to celebrate with her, the flowers arrived and were beautiful but the chocolates that come with the gift set were missing, I sent a quick email and immediately a new order was sent through and a new bunch of flowers AND the chocolates arrived a few days later, at no extra cost!
