I had no difficulty ordering the flowers and they were delivered on time. However, I would just mention that, although the courier delivered the bouquet to the place requested, I received no photographic confirmation as is usually the case and a card was not left at the property to say the order had been delivered as the recipient was out. They did not discover the flowers until the following day. The flowers do not seem to have been adversely affected by being kept in the box for an extra day, but it would have been much more helpful if the delivery driver had left a note for the recipients. This will not stop me from using Bloom & Wild again, but thought it worth mentioning.
