I'd already left a review but have been asked to leave another. Even though I ordered 3 days before the required date my flowers were late. The response from customer service was that I should have opted for the paid guaranteed delivery. I explained I would have done had the possibility of late delivery not been played down so much by the company literature i.e. 94% delivered on time and very rarely late. Still no reason why the delivery was late and clearly it's the customers fault as usual for not making the right choice. Surely ordering 3 days in advance should have given the company enough time to prepare.
