I’d give 2 stars for the quality of my initial bouquet, as it was very disappointing and looked a mess to be honest. The flowers were yellowing, extremely droopy & past their best. However I’d give 4 stars for the customer service in resolving this matter to an amicable solution. Slightly time-consuming to put in the initial complaint online, as initial response was to give the flowers a couple of days to perk up. So had to write out the problems and upload photos twice.
Redelivery of an alternate bouquet a few days later and a small credit towards another order. So averaged out at 3 stars.
