I’ve used B&W previously and been happy but this time was a huge disappointment. I ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery on Saturday 16 April. Order was confirmed and delivery date but when I checked the status of delivery on the Saturday with DPD I was informed it wouldn’t be delivered until the following Tuesday. I specifically paid extra for delivery for a special anniversary so very dissatisfied. I contacted B&W who apologised and refunded which was decent of them but the recipient of the flowers didn’t receive the gesture I had hoped to comfort them with.
