Really disappointed that the blind received was faulty and curved up at the bottom - very obviously. I've sent a formal complaint to the company via their website and I've heard nothing. The blind was expensive - over £280, so I expected better. We had already received other blinds that were lovely, so this it is a real let down to see how they deal with problems.
