Ordered £445 worth of blinds on August 2nd and paid extra to have them next day express. Received one blind on the 5th August and got an email saying the other 6 blinds were delayed and would be despatched 13th August. Yesterday received another email saying the 6 blinds were futher delayed and would now be despatched week commencing 23rd August. We are putting our house on the market and need these blinds prior to any viewings so 23rd August is totally unacceptable. Phoned customer services and asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They say that they cannot confirm cancellation for 2 days and accept no responsibility for the 3 week + delay. I need confirmation the order has been cancelled and that I will get my money back so that I can order the blinds elsewhere. A very unprofessional company where customer is treated like a mug.
