My husband and I recently started using the 500mg CBD oil. I wanted help with my sleep and my husband needed help with sleep due to aching legs. We gradually increased the dosage to the maximum and it has helped. We are now going to try the 1000mg oil and will hopefully be able to reduce the dosage. Ordering can take a little while because the products are so popular but Sarah has been so helpful with this and the delivery service is excellent, thanks Blessed x
