Good Morning Sarah Just wanted to email you the amazing results of taking your oils, so didn't notice any different for the first couple of days so i tweaked the dose up and oh my gosh what a difference i have gone from hardly being able to walk round the house ( terrible arthritis in both feet ) and general aches in all joints due to wear and tear and old age. The only way i can explain it is i felt like my whole body was unwinding i didn't realise i was so tense and taught, i must have been like that for years, now i feel calm tranquil and so free of pain its fantastic, hopefully it will continue to build in the body and the last of the pains will go, they have been there for a long time so probably will take time to ease.
