Started using cbd oil 500ml which is 5%cbd in 10ml bottle. Started with a few drops in the morning and afternoon slowly increasing. Its has improved my overall mood. I suffer with ocd and repetitive thoughts. I have not had any night terrors since taking it and I have them most nights normally. It does interact with quetiapine so I take the cbd hours before I take the quetiapine and it's fine for me!
