Once again I have been delighted with my Black Yak orders. I ordered the light grey zip up jacket firstly in a medium but when it arrived it was too large and I contacted Mandy who was as ever the consummate professional and emailed me back asking me to take some measurements of the jacket I already had that fitted perfectly. I was in fact a size small in the new jacket which was sent out to me directly along with a free post stamped returns bag for me to return the larger size. I adore my perfectly fitting new jacket and also the blue, Wisteria hat I purchased at the same time. Thank you Black Yak for once again excelling yourselves in your quality clothing and superb customer service.
