We have used the service of Rachael during our trip to London in January 2019. (We are a family of 2 childer, - age 6 and 11). We have a very positive experience and would highly recommend her. She was kind, engaging, well prepared. She showed us placed I had no idea off, though I am a regular visitor to London. The children truly loved the trip. We covered a lot within 3-4 hours and I believe this is the best way to show around in London. Rachael has very exceptional knowledge about the history of London (I am also a Historian myself) and I am truly thankful to her for all her insight.
