Steve went above and beyond for our family. Not only were we impressed with his knowledge of Beatles and Rock n Roll trivia, but also his willingness and kindness to accommodate a family member with mobility issues and change plans on the spot in order for us to make the most out of our tour. He made us laugh, we never felt rushed, and he also shared stories about his family. It felt we had a old friend showing us around. Thank you for everything, Steve!
