Black Taxi Tour is a wonderful and comfortable private tour option for those new to the city of London, and even for those returning. The director of the company kindly reached out to me in advance to confirm the tour and introduce the driver. Moses Gonzalez was an outstanding guide. He was punctual and picked us up directly at our hotel. Moses was courteous and professional and also personable. He quickly learned the names in our group and asked about our interests to better tailor the tour. He was so knowledgeable about the history of London and the neighborhoods and gave us a solid overview of the city and took us to a variety of sites both by car and on foot. We got to see the highlights as well as visit some interesting retail venues with so much history and great stories to share. In addition to Moses' deep knowledge of London, he is also a wonderful photographer and offered to take photos of the group everywhere we went. Most importantly, he kept us safe, and is an excellent driver. We so enjoyed our outing and would highly recommend Moses.
