We booked a tour for my family and everything went smoothly. Our guide and driver Keith picked us up perfectly on time and he was very helpful in every aspect of the tour. He took us to the greatest spots in London. Always willing to answer our questions, Keith was very kind and kept his taxi spotless, the car was new and very comfortable.
