Just returned from our holiday in Lower Heyford. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday but disappointed with the standard of facilities on our narrow boat. The boat was looking tired and not maintained to the standard portrayed on the website. Toilet and water gauges not working. Broken chair which when sat on caused a fall, hence aggravated a back injury. Saucepan with loose handle which was a risk. Frying pan unusable. Missing items such as tea towel and oven gloves.
